Eric is the Vice President of Operations for Bloom Hospice. Eric is passionate about integrated care and develops operational strategies, efficiencies, and systems to enhance our patients’ hospice experience. Eric has a decade of healthcare and medical social work leadership experience, beginning his career as a clinical social worker and was most recently a Regional Director at Kaiser Permanente before joining Bloom.
Eric received an MBA from Colorado State University as well as a Master’s in Social Work from Denver University. A Michigan native, he attended Hope College for his undergraduate degree.
Outside of work, Eric enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids as well as biking, running, and skiing.
